Ann Herman
has worked in a senior capacity at leading advertising agencies in
Central New York for more than sixteen years. She is a 23 year media
veteran and has worked for clients locally, throughout the US and
internationally. Ms Herman’s experience includes business to
business planning, electronic and print media planning and buying,
new media planning, demographic and competitive analysis, and media
market audits.
Throughout her career, she has worked for various industries including
casual dining/QSR, retail, banking, healthcare, consumer goods, and
a wide range of B2B markets. Her clients have included Time Warner
Cable, Eastman Kodak, Welch Allyn, McDonalds, BirdsEye, HP Hood, Sprint
PCS, Golisano Children’s Hospital at University Hospital, Marine
Midland Bank, Syracuse University, and Wells College.
Ms Herman was Media Director at Eric Mower and Associates, and oversaw
the media in five of their six offices. She also was Media Director
at Riger Advertising in the Southern Tier of NY and worked as a media
buyer at Shimer vonCantz in Philadelphia.
Ms. Herman is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Greater Syracuse and has
been a guest lecturer for educational, civic and professional groups
including Syracuse University, Empire State College, New York State
Newspaper Publishers Association, Time Warner statewide Sales Manager
Meeting, Binghamton University and Ithaca College. Ms. Herman holds
a bachelor degree in English Literature from Harpur College, Binghamton
University. She lives in Dewitt, NY.
